1banana(frozen or fresh)
1½cupscoconut milk
1tablespoonchia seeds
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour the Strawberry Coconut Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. If you use fresh strawberries, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
Bananas: I added frozen bananas, but you can use fresh bananas. Or, instead of bananas, add mangoes.
Coconut Milk: You can use your favorite coconut milk, fresh or canned.
Chia Seeds: You can skip chia seeds if you don't have them.
Sweetener: To make the smoothie sweeter, add maple syrup or honey to taste.
