Ingredients

  • 3 cups strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • cups coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the Strawberry Coconut Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Strawberries: You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. If you use fresh strawberries, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  2. Bananas: I added frozen bananas, but you can use fresh bananas. Or, instead of bananas, add mangoes.
  3. Coconut Milk: You can use your favorite coconut milk, fresh or canned.
  4. Chia Seeds: You can skip chia seeds if you don't have them.
  5. Sweetener: To make the smoothie sweeter, add maple syrup or honey to taste.
