This Berry Blast Smoothie is creamy, healthy, protein-packed, filling, nutritious, and refreshing. It is easy to make, does not require bananas, and can be a quick breakfast or afternoon snack!
Add the strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, yogurt, oats, and maple syrup to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
If you use fresh berries, add a handful of ice cubes.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Berries: I used frozen berries, but you can also use fresh strawberries and blueberries. Add a handful of ice to the blender if you use fresh fruits. Add other fruits, such as frozen mangoes, pineapple, bananas, or orange juice, to make this smoothie more flavorful.
Consistency: If you like the thinner smoothie, add more almond milk as needed. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add less almond milk.
Rolled Oats: I always use rolled oats for smoothies, but you can also try it with quick oats.
Maple Syrup: This is my favorite sweetener, and I used golden maple syrup. But you can add honey or agave instead of maple syrup.
