Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, yogurt, oats, and maple syrup to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  • If you use fresh berries, add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Berries: I used frozen berries, but you can also use fresh strawberries and blueberries. Add a handful of ice to the blender if you use fresh fruits. Add other fruits, such as frozen mangoes, pineapple, bananas, or orange juice, to make this smoothie more flavorful.
  2. Consistency: If you like the thinner smoothie, add more almond milk as needed. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add less almond milk.
  3. Rolled Oats: I always use rolled oats for smoothies, but you can also try it with quick oats.
  4. Maple Syrup: This is my favorite sweetener, and I used golden maple syrup. But you can add honey or agave instead of maple syrup.
