This Avocado Shake is creamy, healthy, filling, dairy-free, and delicious. It requires only a few ingredients and can be prepared in minutes to make a satisfying snack.

A pinch of cardamom powder(optional)
A handful of ice cubes(optional)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until everything is well combined and completely smooth.
Serve avocado shake cold.
Avocado shake is best served immediately. If we keep it longer, avocado will brown and the shake will not taste fresh and pleasant.
Notes
Avocados: Use only ripe avocados; the unripe avocados will make the shake bitter and unpleasant. However, avoid using overripe avocados, which are stringy and have numerous brown spots.
Vanilla: If you prefer vanilla-flavored shakes, skip the cardamom powder and add one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract instead.
Ice Cubes: If using a high-power blender, make sure to add some ice cubes. A high-power blender can create heat, making the shake warm, which can be unpleasant. Adding ice cubes will help keep the avocado smoothie cold.
Serving: Because avocados brown very quickly, serve this shake immediately and cold.
