Rinse the broccoli florets and drain the water. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix water, cornstarch, sugar, and soya sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger. Fry the ginger for a minute, and then add sesame seeds.
Fry the sesame seeds for about a minute or until it is golden.
Add broccoli florets, and mix well.
Cook broccoli for 3 minutes on moderately high heat.
Add cornstarch mixture, mix well and continue cooking on moderately high heat until broccoli florets are tender but still firm. It will take about 4-5 minutes.
Add salt, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala and mix well.
Turn off the heat, and squeeze some lime juice if you prefer.
Take Broccoli Stir Fry into a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
