Ingredients
- Berries: I have used strawberries and blueberries in this smoothie, but use any of your favorite berries. I make smoothies with fresh as well as frozen berries. Both ways, the smoothie comes out the same delicious. However, do not use ice if frozen berries are used.
- Avocado: Avocado is a superfood, among other products. It provides lots of nutritional benefits and makes this smoothie super filling. Also, avocado provides creaminess to this smoothie.
- Maple Syrup: It is better to keep sugar at bay to keep the smoothie healthier. But I would like to use natural sweeteners to enhance the flavor and taste of the smoothie. You can use any natural sweetener of your choice, like honey or agave syrup. And yes, it is totally optional, or you can just add it as needed.
- Almond Milk: I have used almond milk, but other non-dairy milk can also be used. Use oat milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk.
