Mango Salsa
This Mango Salsa is fresh, vibrant, colorful, and appetizing. It is slightly spicy, tangy, without onions, delicious, and naturally sweetened with mangos!

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangos (diced in small chunks)
- ½ cup finely chopped green pepper
- ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
- ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon lime juice or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl take diced mangos, chopped green and red pepper, jalapeno pepper and chopped coriander.
- Add salt, freshly ground black pepper and lime juice, mix well and serve. If you want to serve later, store in the air tight container and refrigerate until time of serving.
- This mango salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
- Serve mango salsa with tortilla chips or with bean tacos.
