Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries ((about 450gms))
  • 2 cups packed vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries with water and allow them to completely dry. Then hull and slice the strawberries in half.
  • Add sliced strawberries, milk, ice cream, and vanilla into the blender. Blend for few seconds or until everything is well combined.
  • If you are using a small blender, blend into two parts.
  • Do not over-blend; otherwise, it will thin out the milkshake.
  • Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve chilled. Serve it as it is or with the toppings of your desire.

Notes

  1. Use Strawberry Ice cream: For the rich and extra strawberry flavor, use real strawberry ice cream instead of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add-ins: Add chopped strawberries after making a milkshake. Or add freeze-dried strawberry powder.
  3. Toppings: Top the strawberry milkshake with chocolate shavings or curls. Or add a big swirl of whipped cream on the top of your strawberry milkshake. You can also top it with thin strawberry slices.
