Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (skip if using frozen strawberries)

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
