Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk or choice of non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple Syrup or as required (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (add only if using fresh berries)

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
